Lionel Christian
Lionel prides himself in building a team and positive moral to be sure everyone is moving to the best of their creative ability. He has an extensive technical, creative and business background in live events and entertainment and has been producing digital content for about half a decade. Still learning everyday and exploring new ways to execute visions and deliver ideas, he is always excited for “what’s next”!

Candace Thompson-Zachery
Associate Production Manager (she/her)
Candace Thompson-Zachery, based in Brooklyn and originally from Trinidad and Tobago, is a dancer, choreographer and cultural producer, with a vested interest in Caribbean dance and culture. She is the founder of Dance Caribbean COLLECTIVE, an initiative that supports and presents Caribbean dance performance in NYC and produces her own choreographic work through the project ContempoCaribe. She is a graduate of the Performance Curation program at ICPP at Wesleyan University and works currently in arts leadership and administration.
Andrea Toussaint
As an assistant principal in the NYCDOE, Andrea devotes her time to motivating and inspiring young people. However, it was through her service that she found her passion for production and stage management. Andrea is motivated by the impact that production has on the crowd while being side by side with some of her favorite music & art forms. She is an accomplished author, a member of WIADCA and the Adelaide Sanford Institute, while serving as an educational liaison for the Shawn Carter Foundation.

Jolin Cramer
Production Assistant/Graphic Designer (she/her)
Originally a dancer from Michigan, Jolin has a passion for creation & collaboration. She studied Dance & Event Management at Western Michigan University, specializing in dance production. Her eye for detail, design, and organization brings value to any project at hand. Jolin’s previous experience includes working as a production coordinator at Jacob’s Pillow and Blackstar’s Vibe with Voicy Concert, production and social media manager at Onstage NewYork, and a dance teacher. You can find her managing multiple brands as a freelance artist, being a killer PA, or dancing in the kitchen!

Jayson Gibson-Parrish
Jayson Gibson-Parrish started in live events just over two years ago and has never looked back. In addition to being on tour with a regional dance convention, he works locally in the New York City area as a stage hand and production assistant. Jayson’s stagehand and PA credits include; The 2022 Chita Rivera Awards, New York City Dance Alliance 2021-2022 Tour, The Lost Colony 2022, Blackstar Entertainment's Vibes with Voicy Concert, Goya Gala at Rainbow Room; just to name a few.
Jayson is proud to be a part of this team and ready for all things production!

Natalie Proctor
Natalie was born and raised in Brooklyn, NY as a 1st generation Caribbean-American. She worked for over 20 years as a business professional and is currently a business owner of several establishments. Recently she’s enjoyed sharpening skills as a freelance production assistant/assistant stage manager.
In addition to having a Bachelors in Biology and Masters in Public Health Education, Natalie is certified in non-profit management, a NYC Licensed food handler and a NYC DOE Substitute Teacher. Her warm and inviting spirit motivates those who work with her. Natalie’s skills include, but are not limited to: strong organization and leadership, excellent communication, supporter of social and community initiatives, highly adaptable in extremely challenging environments, excellent time management, friendly and personable.
